Lower Milk Prices Not Reflected At the Grocery Store

The Associated Press is reporting that despite the large decline in producer prices, retail milk prices have not fallen accordingly.  In the past 9 months producer prices have fallen by as much as 45% and were still off 35% in April.  Yet the retail price for milk was down only by 19%.
