For anyone who is truly into sports in Titletown, there is no where else you can get your football fix, like you can here Channel 5. As the "Official Packers Station" our crew has the one and only - Larry McCarren's Locker Room ---and the Mike McCarthy Show----plus the only pre-game show in town, "Inside Lambeau". Every week Wayne Larrivee (the radio voice of the GB Packers) and I host the only pre-game show solely dedicated to the Green and Gold---- inside the Lambeau Field atrium at Curly's Pub. From Training Camp throughout the playoffs, the Packers are our passion throughout the entire year.
If that isn't enough to quell your sports appetite, High School Sports Xtra is the only show dedicated solely to prep athletes in the area. From September to June every school year, you can see your favorite high school teams from Marinette to Fond du Lac, and just about every town and city in between every weekend right here on Channel 5.
I was lucky enough to cover Super Bowls 31 & 32 at the beginning of my career, and have been hooked on the sports scene in NorthEast Wisconsin ever since. I grew up and have spent most of life within the state of Wisconsin, so I know what it means to be a fan of sports in our state, and from the Brewers and Bucks --- to the Badgers and UWGB.. this is the place to be.
