We've been experiencing above normal temps for the past couple of weeks. Now that autumn is officially here, mother nature has gotten the hint and it appears cooler temperatures will be on the way for next week.
The average high for this time of year is about 68 degrees. We will continue to be in the low 70s or so through the weekend. A storm system, now in the plains, will move through this weekend spreading some showers then drag down some colder air from Canada Sunday night. Highs Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will only be in the low to mid 60s at best.
