Investigators have concluded that there was no criminal activity involved in the death of 46 year old Kelly Marquardt.
Officers found Marquardt in the back yard of a residence in the 800 block of W. Harris Street on January 28th.
Marquardt apparently had fallen from the second story of the residence.
