Judge orders mental competency exam for Skenandore

WFRV News

A judge has ordered a mental competency exam for the 28-year old man accused of abducting and assaulting a 3-year old boy last month.

Joseph Skenandore has been charged with three felonies for the incident.

Authorities say the child lived near the home for developmentally disabled people where Skenandore lived.

Skenandore faced charges of sexual assaulting a child in 2003, but was found incompetent for trial.
