Green Bay (WFRV) A man accused of killing his ex-girlfriends dog by baking it alive in an oven is back in court today.
Terry Kleiman is expected to enter a plea. He faces felony charges of animal cruelty and burglary.
Green Bay police say Kleiman allegedly broke into his girlfriend’s duplex on Elmore Street in Green Bay and placed her 5 month old Pekingese poodle in a hot oven. Investigators now know the dog was baked alive.
Kleiman was arrested in Michigan and extradited to Wisconsin.
