FLORENCE (AP) - A 3-year-old has died after falling off a recreational vehicle in northeastern Wisconsin.
Florence County authorities said Friday a group of families were on an outing Thursday afternoon in Homestead Township near West Bass Lake Park.
Deputies say two adults were driving a six-wheeled vehicle that was pulling a utility trailer. Riding on the trailer were two adults and seven children.
Authorities say the 3-year-old boy fell off the trailer and it ran over him, killing him.
The boy's name hasn't been released.
