CRIVITZ (WFRV) - There's an expulsion hearing today for 17 year old Brett Bedora, the teen accused of threatening other students and staff.
Bedora was suspended from school after the alleged threats. Police say in a criminal complaint that police found a 9 millimeter gun with multiple magazines inside Brett's truck. He told his family he was teased at school for years and was trying to put an end to it.
