Storm Team 5... Always Watching
Tom Mahoney
I was born and raised in Joliet, Illinois and attended Northern Illinois University. But it was WFRV-TV that gave me the taste of television and I knew I had to follow that as a career.
Dave Miller
Dave grew up in Evanston, Illinois, but has many family ties here in Northeast Wisconsin, especially in Clintonville.
Justin Steinbrinck
Born and raised in De Pere, Justin is thrilled to be forecasting the weather in his hometown, as well as co-anchoring Channel 5 First News Monday through Thursday, and Channel 5 Sunday Morning from 6-8am, and 10-11am every weekend.
Dana Tyler
Antigo's own Dana Tyler serves as meteorologist for Channel 5 News Weekend, and on Channel 5 First News Friday mornings.
Rebecca Schuld
I come from a big family (one of seven) and I was born and raised right here in Green Bay. I first came to Ch. 5 as a weather intern in 2002.

Cool Weather Sites
Barneveld Tornado
Most Wisconsinites remember the Barneveld Tornado of 1984, an F-5 tornado that ripped through the town just after midnight with little warning.
Little Chute Tornado
June 23, 2004. Storm Team 5 had just fired up it's new Little Chute radar along Highway 41. That evening, a tornado touched down near the bureau, causing quite a bit of damage in the Little Chute and Kaukauna areas.
Oakfield Tornado
On July 18, 1996, 12 tornadoes touched down in the state of Wisconsin. The rarest of tornadoes, an F-5, practically wiped out the town of Oakfield in Fond du Lac County.
Stoughton Tornado Website
An F-3 tornado ripped through Stoughton on August 18, 2005. Here is a website dedicated to pictures and videos of that tornado.
NWS - Green Bay Office
The homepage of the National Weather Service's Green Bay office.
Severe Storms Laboratory Podcasts
Here are some cool podcasts from the Severe Storms Lab.
NWS Storm Prediction Center
All severe weather watches in the United States start here... the Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma.
NE Wis. Storm Spotters
The National Weather Service in Green Bay holds training sessions each year for Severe Weather spotters.
